Lifestyle Coach Mantahaa Maqsood to conduct her first fitness camp in Lahore

Mantahaa Tareen Maqsood is a Certified Personal, Lifestyle & Wellness Coach. She is trained and certified from The Cooper Institute, founded by Kenneth Cooper, who introduced the world — and Jane Fonda — to Aerobics. Mantahaa is the Co-Founder, Partner & Chief Wellness Officer of TWCo., The Wellness Company – brand that promises to offer physical and psychological fitness to their clients.

Pakistan’s leading fitness trainer, lifestyle coach and Zumba instructor, Mantahaa Maqsood, after successfully establishing her mantra of a healthy lifestyle within the residents of Karachi, is all set to rock the City of Gardens for the first time, with her boot camp starting at the Nishat Hotel from November 16th, 2015.

With this 5-week program, called Sweat 55, Mantahaa is planning to work personally with her clients in Lahore, with the sole aim of fulfilling their most ambitious goals towards total wellness for the heart, mind, body and soul.

“My work requires huge investments of personal time and emotional focus,” explains Mantahaa Maqsood. “Each routine is customized. Every nutrition plan is tailor-made to the client’s requirements and current behaviors”, she further adds.
